Odisha clashes: Congress' Jagdish Tytler booked for criminal conspiracy
Congress leader Jagdish Tytler has been booked for criminal conspiracy in connection with the clashes that broke out outside Odisha Assembly on Thursday during a protest by Congress workers. Mr Tytler was leading party workers during these protests. He is in-charge of party affairs in the state.
