"Had Old Anti-Collision Device": Top Railways Official On Odisha Train Accident

A top railways official has said that the trains involved in the deadly crash in Odisha had the "old anti-collision device". "Later Kavach was designed which is capable of detecting trains on the same track," said Amitabh Sharma, spokesperson, Railways.
