Odisha Woman Gives Birth Under Torch Light Amid Power Cut
A woman gave birth to a baby using phone torchlight due to power outage at Polasara Community Health Centre in Ganjam district of Odisha on April 20. The matter came into light after the video went viral on social media. The health centre has been facing long power cuts since past few days.
