Oil and gas earnings may be split between Govt and private firms
NDTV accessed the PMEAC's draft report on future petroleum contracts which suggests sweeping changes in the current regime for future petroleum contracts. The draft report also suggests that earnings from oil and gas should be split between the government and private firms.
