Oil spill: Obama's ratings take a hit
With the oil spill catastrophe now five weeks old, the Obama administration is in damage control mode. The administration is keenly aware of the public reaction to another gulf coast disaster, Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and so they have tried to be quick to respond.
