Old people face grim reality in the city
In the film Lage Raho Munnabhai, humour both sharpens and lightens the grim reality faced by many, as they turn old in a young country. And these are numbers all set to rise, from 130 million in 2001 those above 60 could well number 177 million by 2026 - a dramatic demographic transition that India is badly prepared for.
