Two men on a scooter snatched a mobile phone from a woman's hand while she was talking on the phone. The crime was captured on CCTV camera. The incident happened in north-central Delhi's Gulabi Bagh. The woman is seen running after the scooter, but the rider guns the engine and drives away fast. The police said they are working on some leads to catch the two men.
