A man was attacked in Mangaluru's Suratkal this evening. The attack by four masked men was caught in a CCTV camera installed in the lane outside. The police said the condition of Fazil is critical. Prohibitory orders banning large gatherings have been imposed in Suratkal and adjoining areas. "It is a highly sensitive area. Therefore prohibitory orders under Section 144 have been clamped in Suratkal and three adjoining police station limits, Mulky, Panambur, Bajpe PS Limits," said Shashi Kumar, the police chief in Mangaluru.
