Rajyavardhan Rathore is one of the seven MPs asked to fight the elections in Rajasthan. NDTV caught up with him on the campaign trail in Jhotwara, which is one of the largest constituencies in Rajasthan with over four lakh voters. Rajyavardhan Rathore's biggest challenger is Ashu Singh Surpura, a BJP ticket aspirant who is now an independent candidate. The BJP managed to get former MLA Rajpal Singh Shekhawat to withdraw his candidature, reportedly at Vasundhara Raje's insistence, but watching from the sidelines is another player -- Lalchand Kataria, a former Gehlot minister who has announced political retirement.
