In an exclusive interview to NDTV's Marya Shakil, the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha spoke about the opposition's charge of increased powers being given to him. According to Mr Sinha, only elected MPs could pass a proposal to increase the power of the Lt governor. He also spoke about the controversy regarding the states reorganisation act, saying that the MHA had merely notified the act.
