On Republic Day, as Opposition leaders came together in Mumbai for a march to "Save the Constitution", the BJP organised a counter to it in the form of a 'Tiranga Ekta Rally'. The march that was initially organised by some activists turned out to be a show of strength by the opposition after NCP chief Sharad Pawar announced his participation and invited 'like-minded' parties.
