NDTV joined HD Kumaraswamy of the Janata Dal (Secular) on the campaign trail in Kolar district in southern Karnataka, where he was surrounded by screaming supporters. The former Karnataka chief minister says his party is being underestimated by everyone, and will spring a surprise. He hopes to form the government himself and become chief minister once again after the state votes on May 12.
