Former Chief Economic Advisor Dr Arvind Subramanian said that it would hard to sit and define what 'freebies' even are, since there is an ongoing debate on what even is a freebie. Given the economic disparity in our country he said, it's harder to pin point since one man's freebie could be another's necessity or service.
