One should vote before complaining: Vidya Balan
After casting her vote, actress Vidya Balan said that it was her responsibility and she hopes things change for the country. She also said if tomorrow she needs to point a finger at someone (regarding the state of the country), they should be able to see the voting mark on her finger.
