ONGC, Cairn India unsure of oil refining
Cairn India and its partner ONGC has hit black gold in the sands of Barmer. However, the issue of where to take the oil and how to fund the costs has come up.So Cairn's founder Bill Gammell now Sir Bill, made a trip from London to ONGC's office to resolve their differences.
