Only Clean India Leads To Healthy India: Minister Jitendra Singh On Cleanliness Mission
Union Minister Jitendra Singh, who participated in Banega Swasth India 12-Hour Swasthagraha campaign today, explained the need for alternatives to plastic goods. "We are planning to embark on a new initiative of bamboo use to replace plastic. The realisation of not using plastic is gaining ground. A clean India leads to a healthy India," said Mr Singh. Banega Swasth India is a 12-hour telethon being aired on NDTV, a campaign for a healthy India with Amitabh Bachchan.
