'Opened Our Account': Congress Candidate Who Won In Delhi Civic Election
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) won the Delhi Municipal Corporation (MCD) election, defeating the BJP and ending its 15-year run in the civic body. The Congress won only nine wards. One of the Congress candidates who won, Shagufta Chaudhary, said she is not upset. "We have opened our account," Ms Chaudhary said.
