'Optimistic About Economic Reforms': Economist Arvind Panagariya

Chairman of the 16th Finance Commission of India, Arvind Panagariya, said he is optimistic about the economic reforms that the new NDA government will bring. He said that the pressure lies on Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman since she will have to lay the roadmap for the entire nation.
