Optimistic about US debt payments: Atsi Seth

Speaking on US debt payments, Atsi Seth, vice president and senior analyst at Moody's Investor Service, tells she sees a positive outcome after October 17. For India, it is too early to say if FY14's current account deficit will be on the lower side. She also says the government may miss its fiscal deficit targets.
