Our Aim Is To Create A Health Sector Model Tailored To India's Needs: Health Minister
On Banega Swasth India Season 9 finale episode, Dr Mansukh Mandaviya, Health Minister said, PM Modi's government has focussed on providing accessible and affordable health to the last mile. He highlighted that the aim is to have one Health and Wellness Centre for every 6,000-7,000 population, to provide primary treatment, while district hospitals are to give secondary and tertiary treatment.
