Sanjiv Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director, HUL and President, Unilever South Asia, shared the findings of the Dove Beauty Test Report that found how deep rooted the biases based on looks are and says that Dove wants to inspire women and drive the thought process that each human being is distinct, and every woman should be proud of and feel confident about themselves. Mr Mehta also said that Dove never photoshops or digitally distorts images of women who are part of their campaigns and insisted that definition of beauty needs to be widened and respect each individual for who they are.
