The Modi government's 1098 helpline for children at risk on streets, being trafficked or lost was the only system of its kind in the world, Union Minister for Women and Child Development Maneka Gandhi has said. "More than 11 lakh children were saved just in the month of February. 13 lakh in March with helpline," she said speaking on Saturday at the mega show in New Delhi to mark the government's second anniversary.
