In an exclusive interview to NDTV, NITI Aayog Vice-Chairman Arvind Panagariya says that creating jobs in the formal, organised sector has been an 'ongoing problem'. He also added that Indian industrialists usually look to create jobs in the technology sector and related industries, and that they don't seem to want to delve into sectors like clothing or footwear.
