"Our Promises Not 'Jumla', Will Fulfil Them": Jammu And Kashmir's New Deputy Chief Minister
Jammu and Kashmir's new Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary, speaking exclusively to NDTV, said that the promises made by the National Conference to the people of the Union Territory were not 'jumla' (a false promise) and that the new government will fulfil them. Mr Choudhary defeated BJP's Jammu and Kashmir unit chief Ravinder Raina in Nowshera in Rajouri district in the assembly polls.
