Out in the cold, waiting for a bed: Why can't private hospitals step in?
India's health minister and Delhi's health minister spoke to the AIIMS head today after an NDTV report about patients braving in the cold outside the capital's AIIMS. They both promised that a night shelter with more space would be opened soon. But this was exactly the same promise a year ago. We ask why private hospitals can't step in too.
