Over One Lakh Lingayat Seers To Protest In Karnataka
The Lingayats community that constitutes nearly 17 per cent of the population in Karnataka and have the power of determining poll outcomes will stage a massive protest against chief minister Basavaraj Bommai today. The sub sect of the Lingayat community called the panchamasali Lingayat will stage a massive demonstration about 2KM from the iconic Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi where over a lakh are expected to protest.
