Dhananjai Joshi does not turn his head when a Mercedes-Benz S-Class passes by him. He may check his hair in its reflection, but that is about it. A history student who's now an election analyst, Dhananjai used the help of a restorer to go deep and find a 1984 year 240D Mercedes and bought it for 3 lakhs from its former owner. But unlike a modern second hand car, the transfer wasn't a simple affair. The car was badly corroded, the seats and interiors were in need for a face lift, among other things. The restorer got to work, while Dhananjai waited. Another 3 lakh rupees spent on the work and soon it was on the road and he was driving what got his fancy as a school boy!
