P Chidambaram On Congress Chief Election: "Not Perfect, But A Good Beginning"
As Congress held an internal election to choose a new party chief on Monday, veteran leader P Chidambaram told NDTV that no other party will hold such elections because the way of functioning of political parties in the country is to forge consensus.
