Padma Shri Jitender Shunty Speaks About Horrors Of Pandemic, Cremating Over 4,000 Bodies
"We have cremated 1,366 bodies and ferried over 2,600 patients. One of my drivers died in two days," says Jitender Singh Shunty, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sewa Dal, Padma Shri Awardee at the Swasth India telethon. "What I saw in the second wave sends a chill down my spine," he says.
