For the first time Pakistan has labelled 26/11 Mumbai attacks mastermind and Jamaat-ud-Dawah chief Hafiz Saeed as a terrorist. Interestingly, this came just two days before Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav's case was heard at the UN's international Court of Justice.
