Pak handlers thought Ismail, not Kasab was caught
LeT handlers in Pak had presumed that Ismail, leader of 10 terrorists who attacked Mumbai on 26/11, had been caught. The terrorists at Nariman House were told by handlers that in their negotiations with the Israelis, they should secure Ismail's release.
