Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has stepped down as Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president, paving the way for his elder brother, Nawaz Sharif, to once again become the party president. Meanwhile, the situation remains tense in the PoK as strikes continue. Director of South Asia Institute, Wilson Center, Michael Kugelman joins NDTV's Parmeshwar Bawa to discuss what this means for India. He says Nawaz's comeback could work in favour of India as he had called for peaceful relations with New Delhi. Mr Kugelman says Pakistan wouldn't want to deal with a crisis with India owing to an ongoing internal turmoil.
