Four years after it was put on the "grey list" of a global watchdog for financing terrorism and money laundering, Pakistan's name has finally been struck off it. "India has been the main target of Pakistan-sponsored terror activities for the last three decades. That situation will not change if Pakistan is on the 'Grey List' or the white list. On the ground, the situation will not change. The leopard is not going to change its spots," said Raj Kadyan, defence expert, when asked whether Pakistan's exit from the terror financing watchdog FATF has been executed to prevent it from going into China's arms.
