Suhas Yathiraj, the District Magistrate of Noida, became the first Indian Administrative Service officer to win a medal at the Paralympics. He said he is delighted winning the silver but disappointed on missing out on gold. His tactic against to ranked opponent Lucas Mazur was to smile and not come under pressure, he said.
