Param Bir Singh, replaced as Mumbai Police Commissioner over "unforgivable" lapses in the Mukesh Ambani security scare probe this week, delivered a counterblow of stunning proportions on Saturday, accusing Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh of corruption and interference in police work.
