Parents file plea for son's mercy killing
Parents of five-year-old Naveen Kumar have sought government permission to put him to sleep, forever. The boy was born physically and mentally challenged. He cannot sit or stand and is partially blind. His parents say doctors told them he won't survive for long. So they want to donate his organs.
