Parliament debates Army Chief's letter to PM
After a letter was leaked in which Army Chief General VK Singh warned the Prime Minister of India's security being risked with obsolete technology, Defence Minister AK Antony addressed the matter in Parliament. "I wish to assure the House and nation that the government is determined to do all that is necessary to ensure the security of India," he said. Earlier this morning, he had described the chief's letter as "top secret."
