Prime Minister Narendra Modi responded to the debate on the Motion of Thanks on the President's address in the Rajya Sabha as the Opposition staged a walk out in protest. In his speech, the PM spoke about issues of the NEET paper leak, Manipur, and recent flogging of a woman in Bengal. He also hit out at the Congress, saying that people have rejected their politics. This came after Rahul Gandhi's maiden speech in the Lok Sabha as the LoP in which he accused the BJP of falsely calling itself a custodian of the Hindus. He invoked matters of religion, caste, and welfare and blamed the BJP for inequality. What will future parliament sessions in this House with a resized Opposition look like? That's what we will try and understand tonight.
