For close to 15 years Usha International Ltd. has been working towards empowering women from rural India and encouraging them to become entrepreneurs by taking up sewing, and training others in their respective communities. In order to widen its efforts, reach a larger audience, and maximise impact as much as possible, Usha has been working intensively with state-owned enterprises. Together, they are on a mission to empower poor women across the country.
