'Party Will Decide Who Will Be Chief Minister': Maharashtra BJP Chief Devendra Fadnavis
Devendra Fadnavis, the frontrunner for the post of Maharashtra chief minister, speaks to NDTV as exit polls predict a BJP government in the state. He talks of party’s strategy in asking Narendra Modi to front the campaign in Maharahstra and how the voters were now looking beyond caste to the performance of their leaders. He refuses to comment on whether he is in the race to be chief minister of the state, but on BJP MLA Pankaja Munde's prospects, he says, "in due course, Pankaja has potential to be a big leader."
