Delhi Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh assumes charge as PWD minister on Feb 25. He has been allocated the Departments of PWD, Legislative Affairs, I&FC, Water and Gurudwara Elections.Delhi Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh said, "I have asked all my departments to make a plan for the next 100 days. All drains should be cleaned properly. It is our resolution to develop Delhi as a good and beautiful capital. Bharatiya Janata Party and all the people in opposition have always raised the point that a very big scam has happened. This is a scam of thousands of crores.
