A day after the Supreme Court slammed the Army over the alleged fake encounter in Pathribal in Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah - in an exclusive interview to NDTV - has said that the case is a travesty of the justice delivery system. He says justice has not been delivered for 12 years and the line taken by the Army in court has left more questions unanswered. Omar argued that the case brings into sharp focus the entire debate about revocation of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA).
