Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the people of India deserve the credit for the country becoming the third largest economy. "In the next few years, India will become the third largest economy but it's not the current government that is keen on taking credit for it. It's actually the people of India who should get the credit and feel proud about it," she said at the annual day celebrations of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in Delhi.
