"It does not surprise me at all that 50 per cent of the people (who had a role in releasing Bilkis Bano's rapist) have BJP links. The remaining people, the DMs, the SPs report directly to the state government. So, they are in no way unbiased," Mahua Moitra, Trinamool MP, tells NDTV.
