Nationalist Congress Party leader and Lok Sabha candidate for Baramati constituency Supriya Sule expressed confidence today that her party's alliance with the Congress will perform "exceptionally well" in the national elections. "People want a change in India and they want a Congress-NCP government at the Centre," Ms Sule tells NDTV. Ms Sule is facing BJP's Kanchan Kul in Baramati, the Pawar family's bastion for decades. Fourteen Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra are voting today as part of phase 3 of the national elections.
