Perfect Conditions Create Incredible "Ice Pebbles" On Frozen Canada Lake
A rare weather phenomenon left visitors to Canada's Manitoba Lake surprised and in awe. A video filmed at the lake shows the water body covered with thousands of pebble-like ice, stretching as far as the eyes can see.
