"Person With Great Clarity": Montek Ahluwalia Recounts Working With Manmohan Singh
In an exclusive interview, Dr Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Former Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission of India, spoke about his time working with Dr Manmohan Singh. Dr Ahluwalia said his time working working with Manmohan Singh was exhilarating adding that Dr Singh was a person with great clarity of vision. Dr. Ahluwalia also said that the changes introduced by Manmohan Singh in 1991 were responsible for transforming India.
