Petition filed against stray dogs in Nagpur
With nearly 34,000 stray dogs in Nagpur, whose population is increasing by ten per cent every year, a petition has been filed against the stray dog menace. 37-year-old Vijay Talewar is a social worker in Nagpur but he carries the scars of a warrior.
