Phase IV: J&K turnout better than 2002
Despite the cold, hundreds showed up to vote on Sunday during the fourth phase elections in Jammu and Kashmir. A local, Ali Hassan, waited for more than two hours in the queue to caste their vote. But still he was determined to vote for change.
