Plane Crashes During Takeoff In Kathmandu 18 Killed, Only Pilot Survives

Tragedy struck Kathmandu after a domestic plane with 19 people on board burst into flames after it skidded off the runway as it began to take off. Bodies of 18 out of the 19 people on board were recovered, the pilot the only survivor and is in the hospital.
The Saurya Airlines plane was heading from Kathmandu to the resort town of Pokhara.
